Good to know
How GMT works
GMT, Greenwich Mean Time, is UTC+0. For scheduling it matches UTC, and many sites quote times in GMT because it is a neutral point of reference. It does not change during the year.
The confusion is with the UK. Britain uses GMT in winter but moves to BST, British Summer Time (UTC+1), from the last Sunday of March to the last Sunday of October. In 2026 that is March 29 to October 25. So a time given as "9am UK time" in July is 8:00 GMT. Choose "UK time" above if the source means local time in London, and "GMT" if it means the fixed offset.
When a page says "GMT+2" it means two hours ahead of GMT, a plain offset. The same time for you depends on where you are and on your own daylight saving date, which the converter looks up for the day you enter.
